Our number one priority at Owler is to continually enhance our product, and bring you new and improved business insights to help you do your job better.
Now, we’re introducing another way to better understand your company sentiment scores by breaking them down by voter category. In addition to an overall score, you’ll be able to understand your company’s rating according to your competitors, employees, and the greater industry.
We’ll highlight interesting insights from the companies that matter to you in your Daily Snapshot. Click through to the Owler Insights page for a given insight, and you’ll see the insights broken out by internal versus external perception.
As a CEO, employee, or investor in a company, this allows you to understand not only where you have room to improve, but with whom. For instance, if your Business Model Score is mediocre despite your one-of-a-kind, objectively ingenious business strategy, you can determine whether that score is coming from within your company or industry (and perhaps, your business’s ingenuity is not as objective as you suspected) or from your competitors (and most likely, they’re a little envious of your impending mega-success).
And for scores like company culture and CEO rating, this is a useful barometer of your own team’s perception of certain aspects of your company.
By dissecting scores, you’re able to get a solid understanding of the internal perception, along with the general market view of more than 15 million businesses around the world.
