Dave Stein is an internationally recognized expert in B2B sales effectiveness, with experience working across 30 countries as a sales rep, sales manager, VP of sales, competitive sales strategist, consultant and sales trainer.
Dave shares his wealth of knowledge in his recently released book, Beyond the Sales Process: 12 Proven Strategies for a Customer Driven World, and in his blog Beyond the Sales Process.
Research is a critical component of the sales process, as Stein outlines in his latest blog post. Stein explains, “salespeople that keep up-to-date on their customers and competitors often enjoy a significant competitive advantage” and “Owler makes this a breeze.” Stein describes in his blog post, that research is done in two parts.
